We brew kombucha locally in Dunsborough and we have 3 different bases with very different character but same gut-focused soul

Real Fruit, Real Bucha

Kombucha has sugar. Yes, but...

During our 2 steps of fermentation most of the sugar gets consumed by our SCOBY and transformed into:

Organic Acids: improves digestion and detoxes our liver.

Probiotics: brings good bacteria to our gut and produces a more balanced microbiome in it.

Natural bubbles and so much fizzzzzzinesss!

Our 3 Kombucha Bases

Kombucha originally is made out of tea plants, and our first base is White Tea for it's quality and purity.

But we decided to go beyond and make it out of flowers with our Hibiscus base, and also our most recent base Yerba Mate for it's antioxidant and energetic properties.
